5g mustard
325ml vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
salt & pepper to taste


Combine mustard powder with a few drops of vinegar until it forms a loose paste. Whisk other ingredients into it with a fork. Pour into a sterilised jar and store in your fridge.
Make 2 batches in the month.
